• In-case of a non-availability of a room, the entire amount if transacted will be refunded to the guest.

• Room heaters are provided at an additional cost of Rs 300/- per night if required by the guest.

Cancellation Policy:

• No show: Full retention

• Less than 48 hours from check-in: Full retention

• 48 hours to 96 hours from check-in: 25% retention of the entire amount

• More than 96 hours from check-in: No cancellation charges 

 

Child Policy:

• Children below 5 years of age are complimentary guests of the hotel without extra bed

• Children above 5 years of age shall be charged extra as per the following:

• CP (Extra Bed + Breakfast): Rs 1,000/-

• MAP (Extra Bed + Breakfast + Lunch/Dinner): Rs. 1,500/-

• Evening Tea + Snacks: Rs 250/-
